DappWeb builds Base onchain apps, account flows, AI-agent-connected DApps, contract systems, dashboards, and event monitoring. The scope can include product architecture, user journeys, contract or program integration, backend APIs, event indexing, admin dashboards, observability, deployment verification, and operating documentation.

Engineering decisions
- Separate Base Mainnet (chain ID 8453) from Base Sepolia (84532). Keep contract addresses, explorer links, and application configuration tied to the selected network.
- Choose the wallet journey before building screens: connection, network selection, ETH balance for fees, contract approval where needed, and transaction confirmation.
- Decide whether the product only submits contract calls or also needs indexed activity, order reconciliation, and operator recovery tools.
Inputs required for scope
- A Base network choice, deployed contract addresses or a new-contract scope, supported wallets, and an approved RPC provider.
- For payments, the specific token address and order rules; for agent-triggered actions, the permitted actions and human approval policy.
Acceptance evidence
- Requested acceptance: a complete Base Sepolia user journey, including wrong-network selection, a rejected signature, and insufficient ETH for fees.
- A separate Mainnet release checklist confirming addresses, wallet configuration, transaction receipts, indexed status, and operator ownership.
Constraints and operating risks
Base uses EVM tooling and ETH for network fees. A testnet demonstration does not establish Mainnet readiness; payment delivery and automated actions require separately agreed evidence and authority.
Security and compliance boundary
DappWeb provides technical services only: software development, smart contract review, analytics infrastructure, AI workflow implementation, and cloud operations. DappWeb does not manage client assets, provide investment advice, operate an exchange, or guarantee market outcomes.
Buyer questions
Can an existing EVM application be adapted to Base?
Base supports EVM tools and libraries. The project still needs a review of its network configuration, deployed contracts, wallet flow, external dependencies, and operational assumptions.
What should a first Base build include?
Start with one wallet journey and one contract interaction. Add indexing, payment reconciliation, or agent actions only when the application requires them and acceptance is defined.
