Website and service information
These terms apply to use of dappweb.ai and do not replace a signed project agreement.
Project agreements
Paid work begins only after both parties approve the applicable proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, order form, or other written agreement. That signed agreement controls if it conflicts with this website.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, submit unlawful material, impersonate another party, or use the inquiry service for spam, credential collection, or abusive automated traffic.
Third-party services
Links, blockchains, wallets, cloud platforms, messaging services, libraries, and APIs are operated by third parties. Their availability, fees, rules, and data practices are outside DappWeb control.

Engagement safeguards
Scope, ownership, confidentiality, access, and acceptance are defined for each project.
Intellectual property
DappWeb retains rights in its pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and know-how. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables is defined in the signed engagement terms.
Confidentiality and credentials
Do not send secrets through public forms or messaging channels. Confidential information and environment access should use the controls agreed for the engagement.
Blockchain and AI risks
Distributed networks, smart contracts, external protocols, model providers, and AI outputs can fail or change. Clients remain responsible for business, legal, regulatory, financial, and production decisions.
No outcome guarantee
To the extent permitted by law, the website and public materials are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, defect-free software, security, commercial performance, token value, or market outcomes.

Governing framework and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Project dispute terms are set by the signed engagement agreement.
Changes
DappWeb may update these terms when the website, services, or applicable requirements change. The reviewed date identifies the current public version.
